Google Glass

Hi guys! It’s been a while since I didn’t post any tech stuff here. So today I’ll make a brief review of a Google Glass. I must confess that I came across this device only a few weeks ago, and I was amazed at how I didn’t know anything about it while the whole world seems to discuss it for months! 

Google Glass is a wearable computer with a head-mounted display that is being developed by Google. Basically the device consists of a display mounted above a right eye and a camera able to make HD videos and photos. 

In reality Google Glass is not glasses or a smart phone. The differences are the active process of searching for what you are looking for and the way the information is presented. Some prototypes called the Explorer Edition are already available to testers, while a consumer version will be available by the end of 2013.

So, how does it work? You simply wear the device and occasionally give voice commands by first saying "Ok, Glass", and then the command like what you want it to do. As an alternative you can scroll through the options using a finger along the side of the device.
