Raising bridges

Have you ever tried to combine sightseeing with office work? It’s my second week since I’m sticking to that rhythm here in Saint-Petersburg and I’ve gotta tell it’s not easy. Job, lack of sleep and everyday walking makes it more and more difficult to recover. And I must confess that I feel extremely tired. But you know, it’s worth it! I just don’t want to miss anything! And as for sleep and relax – I’ll have plenty of time to do it at home.

Talking about sleeping and being awake – last night we went to see raising of the bridges. It’s really a must-see thing! Unfortunately the most famous bridge – The Palace bridge – is being reconstructed right now, so we had to pick another one. The sight is very romantic! Just imagine white nights time, glittering water and quite crowdy embankment (while it’s 3 a.m.!). I’ll surely show you my pics a little bit later when I get to my computer.
