Mystic Prague

Hello guys! It’s been almost 3 weeks since I came back from Prague where I’ve spent my winter holidays. I’m glad that I’ve finally found free time to share with you some nice photos I took there. I really like Prague with its narrow streets, amazing architecture and unique atmosphere. And I hope you’ll enjoy the photos I’ve picked <3

We started our journey from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí) with its long green lawn and beautiful historical buildings on both sides.

We dropped in a very nice cafe called Vytopna with cute little trains delivering beer to every table.

Then we just walked down the narrow beautiful streets until we got to Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí).

The square seems to be the most crowded place in the City. On the square you can find the gothic Týn Church, St. Nicholas Church , Astronomical Clock, and a tower with amazing panoramic view.

The Old Town square is also a place where the main Christmas market is opened with lots of delicious foods and drinks. We tried the Czech sweet baking called Trdlo and local hot wine - very tasty!

Then we went to see one of the most recognizable places in Prague - The Charles Bridge (Karlův most).

We also went to see Prague by night - it's incredible.

And here are some shots from Charles Square (Karlovo náměstí) and Masaryk embankment.

Surely we couldn't miss the opportunity to see the St. Vitus Cathedral (Katedrála svatého Víta).

Oh and we've found a very nice gingerbread store with chocolate, candies and of course gingerbread itself in lots of forms and variations.
